Registered yoga teacher Susan Bonnici offers another gentle yoga course onsite at BHC. Classes will meet weekly on Tuesdays, at 4:00 pm, from July 8 through August 26.
Susan will be guiding students to gradually build flexibility and skills that they can take from the mat to life.
Suggested donation to participate in the series is $60.
