Matthew Feldman is honored to share his Bar Mitzvah celebration with BHC this summer. He has enjoyed his Zoom sessions with Rabbi Donna and thanks her for her time and patience. They managed to connect with each other while living halfway around the world from each other. Time zones and pandemics never dampened their spirits.
Matt is the youngest of three children and the happy owner of two dogs. Matt's parents, Cyre and Michael, and his two big sisters Ilana and Aimee, are very proud of him and have enjoyed watching him on his journey. Once Matthew has been called to the Torah for the first time, he plans to continue to connect to his Judaism by reciting Kiddush on Friday nights, taking part in services, and sharing it all with his family now and in the years ahead.
This fall, Matt will be an eighth grader at Sharon Middle School (Sharon, Massachusetts) where he plans to work as part of the stage crew for the annual musical and to travel with the class on a class trip to Washington, D.C.
