English translations of selected brief poems of the ever wise and humane Israeli poet YEHUDA AMICHAI (1924 – 2000) will accompany our Torah learning, offering opportunities galore to explore key Hebrew words and concepts used by both the Torah and Amichai as he refracts our ancient texts through the prism of a modern Israeli life.
